After Sales Handling Methods

Reason for demand:

Due to the large quantity of goods in the paper industry, if a return or exchange is required due to the buyer's reasons, the buyer will be responsible for our company's logistics costs, warehousing and other expenses. If the paper industry has already processed, cut or damaged it, it will not be returned or exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused

Supplier Reason:

If the return is caused by the seller's reasons, the seller shall be responsible for the return and bear the cost.
(1) Quantity objection: If the purchaser finds any quantity objection in the materials within one working day after receiving them (reasonable weight difference shall be raised in writing, and the material packaging shall be kept intact and the weight list shall be faxed)
(2) Quality objection: If the buyer finds any quality problems with the materials within fifteen working days after receiving them, please raise them in writing.
